1994
RK.Enterprises was established on 24th January 1994. In order to establish.
our credibility in the market, we started our business as a dealer of Iron and Steel.

1995
Moving ahead in the field of institutional supplies, we started our business.
with Philips India Ltd. The motive with which R.K.Enterprises was established, we started with ONGC and obtained our first order.

1996
Another step ahead, we received orders from the Department of Telecommunications. A new factory was coming up at Gopalpur, West Bengal. The business of ONGC was at a moderate speed. Yes, we were appointed dealers for GEC Alsthom (Previous name: English Electric Co.)

1997
This year gave us immense happiness as we achieved good orders from ONGC. Most important, we were appointed as the sole distributors of Kodak India Ltd. for all sales pertaining to the Oil sector in India.

1998
The year 1998 gave us new scope for developing our own products in the form of pipeline coating materials for ONGC. We were also appointed as the dealers of Cello Thermoware Ltd.

1999
The Thermal paper and film developed by us for ONGC got recognition under the brand name NAMTHER

2000
A step ahead, we were appointed as distributors of Trimurti Industries Ltd. We also developed the outer wrap for pipeline coating and received our first order from Oil India Ltd.

2001
An innovative move leading to a technical tie-up with ISCA Technical Papers and Films Ltd., UK.

2002
Inspite of the fact that the year 2002 was very weak for our business. But the market still entrusts our goodwill. We were appointed as dealers of Hydranautics Inc., USA and OYO Instruments, Europe. Yet, no major business has so far been generated for both. these companies.

2003
The recession was over. Once again we started well with the business reaching new heights and we got a few rate contracts for a period of two years. Most important, we achieved a great success in developing the "DECOATER",the paint remover on which we were working for last two years. We were successful with the demonstrations.

2004
We were appointed sole selling agents for the Imaging Systems Group Inc. (ISYS), Calgary for marketing their Thermal, Inkjet and LED Plotters for the Logging and Seismic Industry. With the starting of business with ISYS, we have started dealing with new clients like – Schlumberger, Halliburton, Baker Hughes, Reliance, Essar, Cairn energy, Landmark, Geoquest, Paradigm, etc. We were also appointed as the Indian Agent for N-Line Tools, USA, for selling their tool for prevention of paraffin in the oil wells. The tool has been recently tested by the Dept. of Energy, USA in June 2005 and are starting to work on it. We have tied up with two companies in Singapore to market our products in south east Asia.

2005
We launched a new product called the “Namther Sentry Bags” for collection of Mud Samples by the Logging Industry. The product received a massive response. We were appointed sole selling agents for Sigma Control Systems, India who make Ignition systems and Electronic Time Cycle Controllers, Diaphragm Motor Valves and Flow Control Valves. This company has a technical tie-up with Titan Logix Corpn., Canada. With an intention to add a new range of products to the cartel, we are negotiating with Applied Electronic Systems Inc, USA for marketing their Cased Hole Logging Tools in India. We are in negotiation with Precision Drilling of Canada for drilling contracts in India.

2006
For the Mud Logging Industries further new products like Samplex Trays, Geochemical Glass Bottles, Geo-Chemical Tins and Dry sampling Envelopes were introduced.

2007
The Namther Log Digitization System was approved by the various companies and we started digitizing Well Logs from existing Print Out from Films & Paper.

2008
Concept of Cased Hole Loging, Production Loging and Perforation Services was formulated to start jobs from the year 2010.

2009
An agreement was reached between our company and Diana Energetics GMBH, Germany for providing sales support in India. We started working with Lee Specialties of Canada for sales & service support in India for cased hole loging units, Production Loging Tools, Greece Systems & Pressure Control Equipments and understading between our company and ANTARES Daten Systeme GMBH, Germany was reached for sales & service support for Open Hole Well Loging Units.
